Bro Gordon Johnstone recently contacted Lodge Crawfurdsburn, via the website, and offered the following information and photographs.

His father Alexander (Sandy) Johnstone was a past master and the secretary of Lodge until he retired and moved to Livingston in the late 1980’s, where he held an office in Grand Lodge until his death in 1991.   

Bro Alexander Johnstone was installed as RWM on 3rd December 1965. A copy of his installation ceremonial is reproduced below.
